Jeff Lewis is a dual-credentialed sports physical therapist and athletic trainer, along with being a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University in 2016 and 2019, respectively. Most recently, Jeff was the Major League Assistant Athletic Trainer/Physical Therapist for the Houston Astros, serving as an integral member of the 2022 World Series Championship and 2021 American League Championship Series teams. During his tenure with the Astros, Jeff developed rehabilitation programs for non-surgical and surgical cases, such as Ulnar Collateral Ligament Reconstruction (i.e. “Tommy John Surgery”) and Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Reconstruction. Through his experience working with professional athletes, Jeff developed the skills and knowledge to successfully return athletes to play and perform at an elite level following injury. In addition, Jeff has experience working in the NFL through his internships with the New York Football Giants and Cleveland Browns.
